Letter from the Chief
Hello, my name is Nathanael Spicer-Chief of Police. I lead the Pembroke Police Department with over a decade of experience in law enforcement. A long-time resident of Giles County, I bring both professional insight and a strong personal connection to the community I serve. Throughout my career, now serving as Chief of Police have served in a variety of roles- including Patrol Officer , K9 Handler and Patrol Supervisor, gaining valuable experience and perspective at every level. I understand the unique challenges of policing in a locality that shares boundaries with multiple jurisdictions and actively fosters cooperative relationships with surrounding agencies to strengthen regional public safety efforts. Outside of my duties in law enforcement, I am a dedicated family man, a member of my local church, and a proud husband and father to three daughters. My leadership reflects my commitment to service, integrity, and building a safer, more connected community.
